Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description This hybrid role requires a versatile digital marketer with expertise in both media buying, strategy and optimization, along with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Media Buying:
Execute paid media buys across various platforms including search engines, social media, DOOH, display networks, CTV/OTT, and Digital Audio.
Leverage Stratum’s digital buying platform for purchasing (Basis)
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance meticulously using relevant analytics tools.
Provide data-driven recommendations to significantly enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and challenges in the digital advertising space.
Budget Management:
Work closely with stakeholders to manage and allocate budgets effectively.
Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary constraints.
Collaboration:
Collaborate seamlessly with the marketing team and other stakeholders to develop cohesive media buying strategies.
Work with stakeholders to obtain necessary creative assets, content, and approvals for campaigns.
Will directly report to Manager – Marketing Special Projects & Shared Services
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, communication, business, or a related field is preferred.
2-5 years of extensive experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on media buying, campaign management, and campaign optimization.
Proven expertise in DSP buying or similar digital buying marketplaces is required, with Basis experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in major digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
