- Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and guide content strategy.
- Perform regular On-Page SEO audits (meta tags, headers, internal linking, and image alt-text).
- Monitor site health and "soft" technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console and Semrush/Ahrefs (e.g., fixing 404s, redirect chains, and sitemap errors).
- Track, analyze, and report on organic traffic performance and keyword rankings.
- Own the Google Business Profile (GBP) strategy: regularly update photos, posts, and business hours.
- Monitor and manage online reputation by responding to reviews and ensuring NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across the web.
- Manage third-party listing aggregators (e.g., Yext, BrightLocal) to ensure local data accuracy.
- Execute website updates within the CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.), including landing page creation and blog formatting.
- Communicate with the technical dev team for complex backend issues while handling "front-of-glass" fixes (basic HTML/CSS adjustments) independently.
